The Best Infused Water Recipes to Keep You Hydrated This Summer Season

This summer season, here's a list of three infused water recipe that will help you beat the hot weather:

Apple Cinnamon Water

Ingredients:

-1 piece of apple (thinly sliced, and with seed cut away)

-1 cinnamon stick

How to make it:

-Simply drop the apples in an infused water bottle (a pitcher would also do), make sure that you've cut away the seeds before putting them.

-Add water

-Add the cinnamon stick and let the flavors mix with the water first before drinking them.

Mango Ginger Water

Ingredients:

-1 Fresh mango (ripe), peeled and sliced to smaller pieces

-1 inch ginger root, peeled and sliced

How to make it:

-Slice the peeled ginger root into coin sizes

-Slice the mango in chunky sizes

-Drop the ginger and mango in the infused water bottle

-Add water

-Add several ice cubes on the bottle

-Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before consuming it

*In the absence of fresh mango, you can use frozen mangoes instead

Pineapple, Apple, and Grapefruit Infused Water

Ingredients:

-1/2 grapefruit

-1/2 apple (peeled and sliced)

-1/2 pineapple (peeled and sliced)

How to Make it:

-Cut the half portion of the grapefruit in medium sized slices.

-Place the apple, pineapple, and grapefruit in the water bottle.

-Add water

-Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before consuming
